Designer Exterior Stucco & Trim:

In addition to giving the exterior walls a textured look with stucco we can enhance the look of any property with the addition of architectural columns and accents.

The architectural accents can be purchased from pre-manufactured molds or created on the spot by one of our professional painting contractors.

Faux Finishes & Knockdown:

In faux finishing, you have two main choices. First, we can use a translucent mixture of paint and glaze to mimic texture that is smooth to the touch. Secondly, plaster work can be pigmented and applied with a trowel or spatula. This finished result can be either flat to the touch or textured.

Crown & Baseboards Moldings:

Crown molding is typically applied along the seams where ceiling meets wall. It, typically looks best when it forms a triangle with the ceiling and the wall. This adds a difficulty to the installation process, namely the need for complex cuts to form corners where two walls meet. New Baseboards will also update and enhance the design of any room.

Pressure Cleaning & Waterproofing:

Our South Florida painting team knows that any time a hard surface, such as walls, asphalt, concrete or metal, needs to have a coating applied, the surface must first be prepared. After we pressure wash the surface, coatings can also be applied to protect the surface from the elements.
